RETURN POLICY
For Print-on-Demand Products
- Some of the products that I'm offering are just made for you (such as shirts, bags, merch, …) so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 10 days of receiving it and and provide me with photos of the damage — I’ll do my best to make it right! 😊
For all other products
If you’ve purchased an item that’s not made to order, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving it. Here’s what you need to know:
Items must be unused, clean, and still in their original packaging. - Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Since I'm running this shop as a small one-woman business, I do my best to keep everything fair and transparent. Payment providers like Stripe don’t refund their fees when a cancellation happens, which means I still have to cover those costs.
That's why for any cancellation (within 24 hours after placing your order only), the transaction fee (around 2.5–3% of your total) will be deducted from the refund amount.Thanks so much for your understanding!

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
As mentioned before pre-orders may need more time be manufactured + shipped. Please note that if you order more than one product (and one of them is on pre-order), I will hold your entire order until the last item arrives so I can ship it altogether. This saves you shipping costs and packaging. And if you don't feel like waiting, I encourage you to order your items separately.
Please note that while I make every effort to deliver your items in time for the pre-order dates listed on our website, there may be delays in delivery due to, for example, production delays, stock not arriving as scheduled or customs clearance delays. I will always keep you informed as soon as I learn of any such obstacles.
