What happens after you ordered:

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible within approximately 2–4 business days after payment has been received. Your order will only be processed after payment is received, which may delay the shipping time accordingly.

If an item has a longer shipping time (e.g., made-to-order products), you’ll find this information listed directly on the product page.

Orders that are print-on-demands will be send to the producers usually within 24-48 hours after your purchase so they can be shipped to you shortly after.

If you need to make any adjustments to your order, please let me know within 12 hours, otherwise the product(s) might already be processed.

Europe, UK & US 6-12 Business Days
Rest of the World 10-18 Business Days

RETURN POLICY
For Print-on-Demand Products
Some of the products that I'm offering are just made for you (such as shirts, bags, merch, …) so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 10 days of receiving it and and provide me with photos of the damage — I’ll do my best to make it right! 😊 

For all other products

If you’ve purchased an item that’s not made to order, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving it. Here’s what you need to know:
  • Items must be unused, clean, and still in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • I want this to be as smooth as possible, so feel free to email me [email protected]
    to get started. I’ll send you all the details you’ll need for the return process.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
As mentioned before Pre-orders may need more time be manufactured + shipped. Please note that if you order more than one product (and one of them is on pre-order), I will hold your entire order until the last item arrives so I can ship it altogether. This saves you shipping costs and packaging. And if you don't feel like waiting, I encourage you to order your items separately.

Please note that while I make every effort to deliver your items in time for the pre-order dates listed on our website, there may be delays in delivery due to, for example, production delays, stock not arriving as scheduled or customs clearance delays. I will always keep you informed as soon as I learn of any such obstacles.

IMPORTANT DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Please note that I am not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside the EU, these are the sole responsibility of you — the recipient.

If an order cannot be delivered to a destination because payment of import tax is refused, the address is incorrect, multiple attempts have failed or for any other reason, the order will be returned to me. An additional shipping charge will apply to reship your order.
